About our Club

A club for all divers

Stockton Divers are a club that welcomes all divers, whatever your training background.

We are affiliated to the British Sub-Aqua Club and the Sub-Aqua Association and welcome members from PADI, CMAS, SSAC, SSI, INTD, RAID amongst others, with no requirement for trained members to cross over.

Trainees will train and become qualified through the British Sub-Aqua club.

Policy Statement

Stockton Divers Sub Aqua Club exists to further the enjoyment of safe diving as safely and as economically as possible for all its membership, it is a “Not for Profit Organisation”. To that end officers of the club will endeavour to maintain the highest standards of safety, training and proficiency. Members of the club will endeavour to assist the officers in maintaining these criteria with special consideration given to the introduction of junior and female members and to actively seek and assist these members to integrate into the club.

We meet at Thornaby Leisure Centre Pool (where you can book a try dive) at 19.00hrs every Thursday and then afterwards at 20.00hrs in our clubhouse on Teesdale Park, Acklam Road. For more details use the "contact us" section.
